He has an eternal purpose.
he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
He ordained the hidden wisdom before the world unto our glory.
He created creation
He created/hath built all things.
Made the heavens by wisdom
I plant the heavens
he commanded, and they were created.
He spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.
and the heavens are the works of His hands.
He created heaven, and the things that therein are,
he created the heavens, and stretched them out;
All the host (heaven) of them (made) by the breath of his mouth.
he spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it;
He created earth, and made the earth by his power,
He in the beginning laid the foundation(s) of the earth;

stretched out the earth above the waters:

His Spirit moved upon the face of the waters.

planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.

set His bow in the cloud, for a token between Him and the earth.

the LORD redeemed Abraham
knew that Abraham would command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment.
He made a covenant with Abraham,
He, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath.
When He made promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no greater, He sware by himself, saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.
told Abram not to fear, and that He was his shield and his exceeding great reward
said that He would make of Abram a great nation, and would bless those that blessed him, and would curse those that cursed him.
appeared unto Abram and said He would give the land to Abram's seed.
said Abram's seed would be as the stars
made a covenant with Abram, to give land to his seed.
To Abraham Gen 13:15 For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.
brought Abram out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give him land to inherit.
tested Abraham.
counted Abram's faith for righteousness.
had blessed Abraham in all things.
said Abram's name would not any more be called Abram, but "Abraham," and Sarai "Sarah."
said Abraham's son should be called Isaac,
appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre
would not destroy Sodom for ten's sake.
went his way, as soon as he had left communing with Abraham.
would go down to Sodom and Gomorrah, and see whether they had done according to the cry of it.
remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow,
was merciful to Lot.
delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:
He overthrew the cities in the which Lot dwelt.
rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven.
overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.
destroyed the cities of the plain.
and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;
plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai Abram's wife (half sister).
healed Abimelech, and his wife, and his maidservants; and they bare children, for He had fast closed up all the wombs of the house of Abimelech, because of Sarah Abraham's wife.
came to Abimelech in a dream by night.
withheld Abimelech from sinning against Him: He suffered him not to touch Sarah.
would bless Sarah.
He said He would come and Sarah would have a son.
He Said, Is any thing too hard for the LORD? (Sarah laughed)
visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken.
heard Hagar's affliction.
opened Hagar's eyes.
heard the voice of the lad [Ishmael].
was with Ishmael.
blessed Ishmael, and would make him fruitful and would multiply him and make him a great nation.
appeared unto Isaac.
would establish His covenant with Isaac and his seed.
oath unto Isaac;
blessed Isaac.
was intreated of Isaac, and Rebekah his wife conceived.
told Rebekah that two nations were in her womb, and the elder would serve the younger.
stood above a ladder and said he would give the land to Jacob and his seed.
opened Leah's womb when He saw that she was hated.
hearkened unto Leah.
told Laban not to speak to Jacob good or bad.
told Jacob to make an altar for Him in Bethel.
His terror was upon the cities round about Jacob.
appeared to Jacob again and blessed him.
said Jacob's name shall be called Israel.
And confirmed the same (oath) unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:
spake unto Israel in the visions of the night, and would go down with him into Egypt and would bring him up again.
He sent Joseph before Israel,
the word of the LORD tried him (Joseph in fetters).
shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in the sight of the keeper of the prison.
was with Joseph and made all that he did to prosper in his hand.
blessed the Egyptian's house for Joseph's sake; and the blessing of the LORD was upon all that he had in the house, and in the field.
Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread.

The sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them:
the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou?
the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that [there is] none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?
the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath [is] in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand.
the LORD said unto Satan, From whence comest thou?
the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that [there is] none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.
the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, he [is] in thine hand; but save his life.
Job : Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,
I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.
I laid the foundations of the earth
I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddlingband for it
I have reserved (snow and hail) against the time of trouble
I have made the asses house in the wilderness
answered the LORD unto Job out of the whirlwind, and said,
I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.
I made behemoth with thee;
the LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends: for ye have not spoken of me [the thing that is] right, as my servant Job [hath]. (Job) will I accept: lest I deal with you [after your] folly, in that ye have not spoken of me [the thing which is] right, like my servant Job. they did according as the LORD commanded them: the LORD also accepted Job.
the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much
